Rhythmic Tomes was an episodic audio publication released over 6 weeks of 2020’s CoVid lockdown by Melbourne-based artist and DJ Lucreccia Quintanilla. ‘Volume 1: Presentiments’ was created as an accompaniment for those applying for Jobseeker payments and their friends. ‘Volume 2: Rigua, A Morning Snack’ was created as music to walk with. ‘Volume 3: Dolphins of Venice’ was a percussive accompaniment. ‘Volume 4: Radius Waves’ was an eclectic mix, acknowledging people experience lockdown in vastly different ways. ‘Volume 5: Going Out Like That’ was as titled. ‘Volume 6: Wrapped Up’ was created was a mix to unravel your body to.
